Marketing Coordinator

This position is a hybrid role on-site at our Cranford New Jersey office (remote hybrid position, occasional needs for being onsite at our corporate office in Cranford, New Jersey, Monday – Friday, typically 9am to 5pm a possibility). We are looking for a creative, multi-faceted marketing driven individual to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives and campaigns to enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and drive customer engagement. Leveraging a strong educational foundation—including a master’s degree in marketing and ideally with experience in

real estate, mortgage lending, or private lending , the Marketing Coordinator collaborates with leadership, internal and external teams, manages multiple projects, analyzes performance metrics, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all platforms. This role is ideal for someone who can work with direction but independently enough to build our creative, digital marketing, social media presence with relevant engaging content. The will also build our constant engagement with top & middle funnel prospects through our CRM – Hubspot. We do it differently. We believe strongly in making products simple and processes with reliable funding times. Your challenge will be to work with our branding, sales, and marketing team to grow recognition, follower base and leads through engaging content.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in agency marketing or independent marketing, preferably in real estate, mortgage, private lending, or financial services.

Strong portfolio of content (graphics, video, copy) demonstrating performance and creativity.

Proficient in Canva, Buffer/Later/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, and/or LinkedIn Ads Manager.

Strong understanding of lending terminology, investor personas, and real estate trends.

Coordinate, implement, and manage marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms.

Develop, edit, and distribute content for social media, email campaigns, blogs, and promotional materials.

Assist with SEO/SEM strategy and website content updates to maximize engagement and visibility.

Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using marketing analytics tools.

Provide data-driven recommendations to improve strategy and optimize ROI.

Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, trade shows, webinars, and sponsorship activities.

Manage timelines, vendor relationships, and budgets to ensure successful outcomes.

Conduct research on industry trends, competitor strategies, and consumer behavior.

Partner with internal teams, including sales, product, and design, to execute integrated marketing strategies.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners as needed.

Excellent written communication and organizational skills.

Initiative-taker with a pulse on marketing trends.

Comfortable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Other Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.

Create and schedule high-quality, branded content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, short-form videos).

Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and sales teams to highlight success stories, testimonials, and loan closings.

Grow follower base with a focus on real estate investors, brokers, and referral partners.

Manage paid ad campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn (optional based on experience).

Track and report on engagement, follower growth, and lead generation KPIs.

Ensure all content is industry-compliant (especially regarding lending guidelines and disclosures).
