Job Description We are looking for a community‑minded professional who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and helping young adults take meaningful steps toward their future. This hybrid position blends field outreach, eligibility guidance, case follow‑up, and structured performance expectations and requires time in the field, online, and remotely.
Community Outreach, Engagement & Partnerships
Build and maintain ongoing partnerships with schools, youth programs, community centers, social service agencies, local businesses, etc.
Participate in and often lead outreach events, presentations, info sessions, tabling, festivals, and community fairs.
Maintain a consistent monthly outreach schedule and meet required activity levels.
Promote opportunities to underserved and underrepresented groups in your area.
Lead Generation & Eligibility Preparation
Introduce the program to young adults and help them determine if they meet basic eligibility criteria (age, income background, education status, etc.).
Maintain strict confidentiality and privacy when collecting personal information.
Accurately enter new leads into tracking systems and ensure they are complete, valid, and documented.
Follow up quickly with every lead to maintain momentum.
Application Conversion, Follow‑Up & Documentation
Guide prospective applicants step‑by‑step until they are ready to begin their application.
Maintain consistent contact with your pipeline through calls, texts, emails, and face‑to‑face meetings.
Keep thorough and timely notes in all required online systems.
Ensure applicants understand expectations, deadlines, and next steps.
Support the team in achieving high conversion from leads → applicants → arrivals.
Accountability, Technology & Performance Standards
Meeting monthly activity minimums (events, partnerships, lead interactions)
Maintaining accurate and timely data in digital systems
Following eligibility and documentation guidelines
Supporting monthly enrollment and arrival outcomes
Maintaining professional communication with partners, applicants, and families
Qualifications
Minimum of a 2‑year degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
Experience in community outreach, youth engagement, sales, customer service, recruiting, or similar fields.
Strong comfort with online systems, digital communication, and data entry.
Ability to work independently with strong follow‑through and time management.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel daily within your assigned county.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism at all times.
Compensation
(\$39,499.20) annual salary
Monthly incentive/bonus opportunities based on individual and team performance
Mileage reimbursement
Hybrid schedule — field, remote, and some office‑based work
