HID seeks a senior leader to own the development and execution of an integrated, company‑wide strategy across businesses, product portfolios, platforms, channels, and services. The Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy & Execution is an individual‑contributor leader who drives outcomes through influence, aligning roadmaps, commercial models, data standards, and portfolio bets to deliver measurable growth and customer impact for the HID mobile portfolio.

Senior Director, Enterprise Strategy - Mobile You'll support HID’s success by:
Developing and executing a multi‑year enterprise strategy that integrates markets, products, platforms, channels, and services; translating corporate objectives into portfolio priorities and investment decisions; and leading scenario planning around regulatory, technological, and competitive shifts to inform roadmap sequencing.
Translating strategy into actionable execution plans with clear ownership, timelines, and milestones; establishing and driving the enterprise operating rhythm (OKRs, QBRs, portfolio reviews); coordinating across Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and Partner teams to resolve dependencies; and maintaining dashboards tracking initiatives from intent through launch, adoption, revenue, and retention.
Defining enterprise data standards and dashboards with Analytics/IT; driving instrumentation for advanced signals; building forecasting models to guide investments; and distilling complex data into executive‑ready insights with clear recommendations.
Driving partner ecosystem strategies (alliances, OEM/ISV/SI, channels) to maximize joint value and align enablement, certification, and launch plans for a unified “One HID” customer experience.
Acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, championing a data‑driven culture and leveraging strong communication to drive alignment and organizational decision‑making.
Maintaining and updating multi‑year strategy documentation; preparing executive presentations, scenario plans, and strategy reviews.
Facilitating operating rhythms (stand‑ups, reviews, cross‑functional check‑ins) and tracking initiatives against OKRs and milestones.
Ensuring data quality and dashboard accuracy; analyzing datasets to inform roadmap, pricing, packaging, and commercial models.
Coordinating communications, partner programs, and enablement materials while continuously refining enterprise processes and standards.
Your Experience and Background
BA/BS required (Business, Engineering, or related).
MBA degree preferred.
10+ years in enterprise strategy/operations, product strategy, business transformation, or similar leadership roles within technology (software/SaaS, hardware, cloud, or platform services).
Demonstrated track record executing cross‑functional initiatives end‑to‑end (from thesis to measurable outcomes) across multiple product lines/business units.
Strong analytical toolkit: market/competitive analysis, financial modeling, scenario planning; fluency with BI/reporting tools and advanced Excel/Sheets (SQL familiarity a plus).
Experience shaping pricing/packaging and commercial motions across direct and indirect channels.
Background in Identity, Security, IoT, or adjacent ecosystems preferred.
Exceptional executive communication skills; ability to produce succinct, insight‑rich materials.
