$1,000 total sign‑on bonus for all new hires (includes $1,500 for bilingual candidates over the course of one year).

$1,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 6 months for new hires who hold a Property & Casualty Producer’s license.

Responsibilities

Ensure a quality customer experience by reducing friction points and providing an effortless process.

Assess customer needs and take appropriate action to fulfill requests; build positive relationships and create customer confidence, loyalty, and retention through knowledge, empathy and sound judgment.

Handle a high volume of telephone calls for your assigned line of business, providing up‑front assistance, locating information, giving claim instructions, routing calls, and entering data to begin claims.

Navigate multiple systems and technologies to gather information, document actions taken, and accurately resolve service situations.

Record and file provided information from each call or electronic request in the appropriate system, including loss information, received documentation, payment processing and policy changes.

Research and identify contact‑center problems and issues, assist with handling issues, communicate updates to peers and management, and escalates complex issues as needed.

Report trends, issues and feedback from customer interactions to support continuous improvement.

What It Takes

High school diploma.

Proficiency in Spanish preferred.

Strong human‑relations skills to handle customer issues professionally.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Basic computer proficiency, keyboard skills, and familiarity with software such as Excel and Word.

Ability to navigate various technology software to research and resolve service situations.

Reliable attendance; hours include nights, weekends and holidays.

Basic critical thinking, creativity and problem‑solving skills.

Position Details Location: Freeport, Illinois Pay: $15.76 – $23.65 per hour
