Job Qualifications Educational / Training Requirement:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of knowledge and experience.
Knowledge of adult learning principles.
Familiarity with compliance training.
Superior communication skills.
Experience:
5-10+ years in training and development.
Financial services experience required.
Experience managing LMS platforms.
Experience developing, implementing, and delivering training programs.
Training Strategy & Program Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with organizational goals.
Oversee onboarding programs.
Design training for member service, lending, contact center, and operations.
Partner with leaders to identify training needs.
Create and maintain training materials.
Support product rollouts and system upgrades.
Adaptive Learning & Training Delivery
Adapt training to kinesthetic, auditory, and visual learners.
Design blended learning experiences.
Assess learning preferences.
Incorporate interactive learning techniques.
Modify training pace and format.
Use coaching and feedback.
Ensure inclusive and accessible training.
Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure compliance training alignment (BSA/AML, UDAAP, etc.).
Maintain audit-ready documentation.
Monitor training quality.
Work Hours This full-time position is approximately 40 or more hours per week. Saturdays are on an as needed basis. Flexibility is a must.
Standard hours are: Monday through Friday: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Saturdays on an as needed basis.
