The Role We\'re hiring a Sales and Marketing Associate to help drive revenue growth at ProTrustee. This is a foundational role for a gritty, entrepreneurial self-starter who thrives on solving problems and building things from scratch. You\'ll own the operating infrastructure behind our go-to-market motion, from prospect data and outbound campaigns to sales collateral and marketing execution, and will actively leverage AI tools to build scalable, repeatable processes.
This is an ideal role for someone with intellectual curiosity, a bias for action, and excitement to work across multiple parts of an early-stage, AI-focused technology company.
Over time, the role can expand into more direct pipeline generation and sales responsibilities for the right person.
What You’ll Do Prospect Data and Market Intelligence
Build and maintain our Total Addressable Market (TAM) database and Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) prospect lists
Enrich contact and account data using Clay, RocketReach, and similar tools to sharpen outbound targeting and accuracy
Outbound Sales Support
Help manage our AI Sales Development Representative (SDR) agent, including reviewing and approving outbound emails and LinkedIn messages, building new campaigns, and optimizing performance over time
Support founder-led sales by ensuring the right contacts are enriched, prioritized, and ready to action
Marketing Execution
Own the marketing calendar in collaboration with the founder, including email campaigns in HubSpot, blog posts, case studies, landing pages, and webinars
Build and maintain sales and marketing collateral, including pitch materials, one-pagers, and campaign assets
Support conference and event planning and execution
GTM Operations
Maintain HubSpot CRM quality, list segmentation, workflow setup, and pipeline reporting
Identify and implement AI-powered tools and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability across sales and marketing

Comfort working on small teams in a fast-paced, early-stage environment
Nice to Have
2+ years of experience in revenue operations, marketing operations, growth, demand generation, sales, or other go-to-market (GTM) roles
Experience in B2B SaaS and/or financial services, wealthtech, legaltech, or trust industries
Hands-on experience with HubSpot and CRM/data workflows
Experience with prospect list building, contact enrichment, segmentation, and campaign execution
Familiarity with marketing automation and enrichment tools such as Clay and RocketReach
Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and output quality
Experience developing, documenting, and refining repeatable processes
Salary commensurate with experience
