Renewal by Andersen Our Proximity Marketers are the first interaction with homeowners providing information about our brand and products, and collaborating to schedule an appointment with our sales reps. We're looking for motivated, outgoing, and goal-oriented individuals who enjoy talking to people. Full-time: Monday‑Friday, 9 AM‑5:30 PM Part‑time: Flexible schedule but NO Sundays, 20‑30 hours per week The Position – What you’ll be doing:
Generate leads and schedule in‑home consultations for the sales team by approaching homeowners at their door. Represent the brand to share information about our window and door solutions. Navigate assigned neighborhoods effectively, which involves substantial walking in various outdoor conditions. The Person – What we are looking for:
High energy and outgoing personality with professionalism, strong work ethics, and communication skills. Comfortable managing team communication effectively and utilizing tools like Microsoft Teams and email. Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented.
