About The Role We are looking for a Web & SEO Specialist who lives at the intersection of SEO/GEO, content marketing, and brand storytelling. The role focuses on managing our global website and subdomains to be beautiful, functional, and high‑converting engines for growth and brand awareness. The candidate will develop our inbound content engine and evolve our SEO strategy into the era of generative engine optimisation (GEO) and AI overviews (AIO).

Key Responsibilities Website Strategy & CRO

Lead end‑to‑end refresh, maintenance, and evolution of the Cover Genius website and all global subdomains.

Execute a rigorous A/B testing roadmap, iterating on messaging, CTA placement, and UI/UX to improve conversion rates.

Optimize for scroll and engagement, ensuring a seamless journey from landing page to lead capture.

Partner with developers to maintain site speed, mobile responsiveness, and technical stability.

SEO and GEO Strategy and Execution

Build and execute a strategy that moves beyond traditional keywords into GEO and AIO.

Research, write, and produce high‑impact, top‑of‑funnel content, including blogs, guides, pillar pages, and landing pages designed to capture search intent.

Champion short‑form video content as a tool for both social engagement and SEO/AIO reach.

Own SEO and GEO from top to bottom, establishing a baseline, creating a growth strategy, and implementing it site‑wide.

Analytics and Inbound Marketing

Own reporting for all organic inbound channels.

Use Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Google Search Console to provide weekly/monthly insights on site traffic, conversion health, and social sentiment.

Refine attribution modeling to understand how organic content and social touchpoints contribute to the overall sales pipeline.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital marketing, web management, or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS, FinTech, or Insurtech.

Proficiency with CMS platforms (HubSpot, WordPress, or Webflow) and a solid understanding of UI/UX principles.

Proven track record of running A/B tests that produced measurable conversion lifts.

Deep understanding of LLMs, AI search engines, and GEO tactics.

Strong copywriting skills with an ability to translate complex insurance concepts into engaging short‑form videos or long‑form guides.

Native-level knowledge of LinkedIn and Reddit algorithms; experience managing reputation on platforms such as TrustRadius or G2.

Analytical rigor with proficiency in GA4, web tracking tools, and Excel/Google Sheets to turn data into narratives for leadership.
