Responsibilities for a Marketing Manager include but are not limited to:
Develop and execute direct mail and print materials that align with CXO/LOB marketing strategies, ensuring accurate communication of offers and driving account acquisition.
Partner with internal teams—including Creative, Production, List Management, and Business Partners—to execute campaigns accurately, efficiently, and according to established standards.
Recommend and implement strategies to improve campaign performance, process controls, expense management, and operational efficiency.
Manage campaign‑level activities with external agencies and internal stakeholders, ensuring flawless execution and accurate delivery of specifications.
Ensure all campaigns comply with enterprise, legal, and operational policies while maintaining rigorous quality and risk controls.
Socialize creative strategies, test results, hypotheses, and program recommendations across partner teams.
Candidates for Marketing Manager must meet the following requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience in a fast‑paced environment, and experience with direct mail or print campaign execution.
Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Proven ability to build partnerships, influence decision‑making, and negotiate cross‑functional needs.
Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
Preferred: Financial services industry experience; experience collaborating with creative advertising agencies; ability to work independently in a hybrid schedule.
