Commercial Sales Representative – Title Insurance / Commercial Real Estate Location:

Cleveland, Ohio; Hybrid

Candidate Profile

High school diploma or equivalent is required.

2+ years of substantive commercial real estate transactional or sales experience.

Strong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulations.

Experience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationships.

Qualifications

High energy, persistence, and accountability for results.

Professional in all aspects (appearance, demeanor, presentation, etc.).

Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferred.

Deep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targets.

Strong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditions.

Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtually.

Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactions.

Valid driver’s license required for territory travel.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional matters.

Conduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plans.

Develop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business while strengthening existing client relationships.

Engage with law firm clients and real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentations.

Assess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling, tailored presentations.

Maintain strong visibility in the Cleveland commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functions.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive Compensation:

Annual base salary of $40,000‑$60,000+, determined by job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements, and market factors.

Monthly commissions.
