Role Purpose
The Brand Marketing & Growth Coordinator will report to the Director of Brand Marketing & Growth and assist in launching key Bravo series by crafting comprehensive marketing campaigns and creating brand‑elevating experiences that are scalable and monetizable. The role is based in New York City. Responsibilities
Work collaboratively with internal departments to execute projects across social, digital, publicity, marketing creative, production, research, programming, legal, and multiplatform media. Support buzzworthy, innovative, and monetizable experience development and execution—such as BravoCon, Watch Party, Bravo Fan Fest—and 360‑degree marketing campaigns to support Bravo programming and brand initiatives, including on‑ground activations, events, content development, and licensing partnerships. Assist the team with day‑to‑day communications with internal stakeholders and external agency partners, including administrative tasks and meeting or presentation logistics. Proactively research and monitor emerging trends and cultural insights across multiple industries and share findings with the broader Brand Marketing team. Serve as support for Shop by Bravo and other merchandising efforts across all experiences. Help develop promotional briefs, creative briefs, presentation decks, and experience recap decks for internal and external partners. Act as the main point of contact for assigned projects, coordinating logistics and overseeing timelines and deliverables on a regular basis. Continuously ideate, identify, and share creative and strategic marketing ideas, staying on top of industry trends, events, and unique opportunities. Process and track invoices on a regular basis while assisting in managing the overall department budget and quarterly pacing. Help manage quarterly department interns—interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and overseeing the overall intern experience. Qualifications
Basic Requirements
Bachelor's Degree. Strong problem‑solving capabilities with the ability to act efficiently. Familiarity with Slack and Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook). Minimum 2 years of work experience, preferably within a marketing function. NYC‑based; team works in office Monday‑Thursday (subject to change). Desired Characteristics
Excellent communicator with strong written and verbal skills, including executive‑level communication. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Ability to manage a fast‑paced environment with ever‑changing projects. Proactive, diligent, critical thinker with strong ownership, accountability, and problem‑solving abilities; demonstrates curiosity and eagerness to learn new processes. Emotionally intelligent, self‑aware, and professional, maintaining a calm, friendly, and composed demeanor. Collaborative team player with a can‑do attitude who builds effective relationships and is solution oriented. Strong listener who understands assignments clearly and completes work with minimal follow‑up from managers and leadership. Demonstrates discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information. Skilled in project coordination, including budget tracking, administrative support, and presentation development. Flexible and adaptable, willing to take a hands‑on role in onsite work and travel as needed. Genuine passion for television, entertainment, and pop culture across multiple genres. Additional Requirements
Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, requiring presence in the office a minimum of four days per week. The company reserves the right to change in‑office requirements at any time. This position is eligible for company‑sponsored benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
