First Resonance is seeking a highly motivated and experienced

Contract Recruiter (Part-Time)

to join our growing team. This is a critical part‑time role that will play a significant part in scaling our talent acquisition efforts by supporting candidate pipelines for a variety of technical and sales‑related roles.

Responsibilities & Duties

Full‑Cycle Recruitment Support:

Manage and support various stages of the recruitment lifecycle for technical (e.g., Software Engineers, Data Scientists, Mechanical Engineers) and sales roles (e.g., Account Executives, Sales Managers).

Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:

Proactively identify, attract, and engage passive and active candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, industry networks, job boards, and referrals.

Pipeline Management:

Build and maintain robust talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, ensuring a continuous flow of qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening & Assessment:

Conduct initial resume reviews and phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability for open positions.

Interview Coordination:

Efficiently schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.

Hiring Manager Collaboration:

Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, ideal candidate profiles, and develop effective recruitment strategies.

Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Management:

Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date candidate records and recruitment activity within our ATS.

Market Insights:

Stay informed on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive market conditions to provide valuable insights to the talent team and hiring managers.

Candidate Experience:

Ensure a positive and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Recruiter, preferably in a contract or temporary capacity, with a focus on technical and/or sales roles.

Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting high‑quality candidates in a competitive market.

Strong understanding of full‑cycle recruiting processes and best practices.

Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and recruitment tools, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.

Self‑starter with a proactive and results‑oriented approach.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.

Desired Qualifications

Prior recruitment experience at manufacturing, aerospace, or deep tech companies such as Tesla, SpaceX, Anduril, or similar organizations.

Understanding of manufacturing processes or experience recruiting for roles within the manufacturing software (MES) industry.

Location Remote (with a preference for candidates in the Los Angeles area for occasional in‑person collaboration, if desired).

Commitment Part‑time (10‑20 hours a week).
