Job Description We need you to help bring major game updates, features, seasonal content, and live events to players worldwide. In this role you will shape and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and long‑term player retention while collaborating with cross‑functional partners.
This is a temporary 12‑month position based in Irvine or remote for U.S. West Coast time zone candidates.
Responsibilities
Support product marketing strategy and execution for Diablo Immortal, including live service updates, seasonal content, new features, and in‑game events.
Assist in developing and executing go‑to‑market plans for major releases in partnership with senior product marketing leadership.
Represent the voice of the player by gathering insights from player data, research, community sentiment, and market trends.
Conduct competitive and market analysis to inform product positioning, messaging, and marketing priorities.
Collaborate with cross‑functional partners to execute integrated marketing campaigns—game development, publishing, user acquisition, creative, analytics, platform, ASO, social, influencer, community, PR.
Contribute to product positioning and messaging frameworks and help brief partners to ensure consistency across marketing channels and player touchpoints.
Collaborate with brand and creative teams on development of marketing assets and campaign execution.
Work with analytics and user acquisition teams to define success metrics, track campaign performance, and identify optimization opportunities.
Support campaign retrospectives to capture learnings and improve future marketing efforts.
Help manage marketing calendars, asset timelines, and deliverables across multiple teams and regions.
Partner with first‑party platform teams to support app store feature opportunities, store optimization, and feature testing initiatives.
Minimum Requirements
8+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, or live services marketing.
Experience collaborating with cross‑functional partners in a matrixed organization.
Familiarity with integrated marketing across paid, owned, and organic channels.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with high attention to detail.
Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and translate insights into clear marketing takeaways.
Excellent communication skills with a demonstrated ability to learn and grow as a product marketer.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or related field.
Bonus Points
Experience supporting live service products, ongoing campaigns, or content updates.
Background in mobile or free‑to‑play games.
Strong interest in mobile games, action RPGs, and live service development.

Compensation In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $87,480.00 – $161,910.00 annually. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, performance, and location. Incentive compensation may also be offered.
