About the Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions Specialist. In this role, you’ll be the friendly expert helping customers with new projects, technical recommendations, quotes, orders, deliveries, and more. You’ll work closely with our Outside Sales team and internal departments to ensure every customer interaction is smooth, helpful, and memorable. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Overtime as needed. Hybrid work option: Up to 2 remote days/week after 6 months of training. Responsibilities
Manage multiple customer accounts Collaborate across departments to support customer needs Handle quotes, orders, inventory, and customer requests Participate in customer calls and occasional site visits Provide backup coverage for teammates, including Reception Support regional Outside Sales Representatives Keep systems updated and organized Share insights in team meetings Qualifications
A passion for customer service and problem-solving Strong multitasking and time management skills Confidence in making decisions and solving issues independently Excellent communication—written, verbal, and listening Proficiency in email and Excel A team-first attitude and a desire to keep learning Preferred Skills
