Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for Real Estate Agents & Brokers located in Greenwich, CT, with the option to work from home for part of the week. Responsibilities include assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in real property, cultivating relationships with clients, providing high-quality customer service, and employing advanced marketing and sales strategies. Agents will use their market expertise to deliver tailored solutions that align with each client's objectives and ensure seamless transactions. Qualifications
Knowledge of Real Estate and Real Property concepts Experience in Sales and Customer Service Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a hybrid work environment Familiarity with real estate markets in Connecticut and neighboring states is beneficial Proficiency in using real estate tools, CRM platforms, and marketing technologies
