Job Title: Account Development Executive
This is an exciting opportunity to join a new delivery program initiative in the area. The role involves recruiting local businesses to join the Hub delivery partner program. You will collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to engage prospective businesses, present the program, and guide them through the application process. The position requires travel within a two-hour driving distance and offers commission for each partner successfully converted.
Responsibilities
Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns, within a two-hour driving distance.
Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest among prospective businesses.
Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, while managing the pipeline in Salesforce.
Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting community recruitment events, such as lunch and learns or town hall meetings.
Collaborate with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations.
Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce weekly.
Essential Skills
2+ years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
Experience in outside/field sales.
CRM experience required, preferably with Salesforce.
Proficiency in prospecting and making outbound calls.
Sales management skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual skills are a plus.
Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
Professionalism and enthusiasm for working with others.
High sense of urgency and attention to detail.
Problem-solving skills in field applications.
Tech-savvy, with experience using multiple systems and technology.
Ability to travel up to four hours round trip daily.
Work Environment Located in Medford, Oregon, this role requires being in the field 4-5 days a week, with an 60/40 split between fieldwork and at-home follow-up or administrative tasks.
Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Medford, OR.
Compensation The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
