The Company is in search of a Senior Associate or Vice President for Investor Relations. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering compelling materials that effectively communicate the firm's business position, strategy, and financial performance to both current and potential shareholders. This role involves a deep engagement with the company's financials, including GAAP and non-GAAP, and a thorough understanding of the industry to enhance the clarity of investor communications. The candidate will also be involved in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, public filings, and will play a key role in the execution of the investor communications strategy.
Applicants for this position should have a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA, other Masters, or CFA being a plus. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required, with at least 2 years in a related field such as investor relations, investment banking, corporate development, equity research, or management consulting. A strong preference is given to those with a background in financial services, and experience in the alternatives industry is a significant advantage. The role demands a high level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, as well as experience with financial analysis and modeling. The ideal candidate will be a proactive team player with strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
