Description We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to

own product marketing for all US products and platforms . This is a

highly strategic, hands‑on individual contributor role

for a seasoned product marketer who has built product marketing functions before, managed multiple products across regions, and knows what “great” looks like; from positioning frameworks to launch execution.

This role is not about managing a large team; it’s about

owning the craft . You will define the product marketing foundation, create core assets, establish tiering and launch rigor, and partner closely with Product, Sales, and Commercial leaders to drive adoption and revenue in the US. Working with a lean team, you’ll be comfortable

writing, building, and shipping assets yourself , while also designing

scalable frameworks

for future growth.

Who You Are

An experienced B2B product marketer with an owner’s mindset

Someone who has built or meaningfully redefined a product marketing function

Fluent in product marketing fundamentals—positioning, personas, tiering, launches, enablement

Equally strong in

strategy and execution

Comfortable operating independently and influencing without authority

A trusted partner to Sales, Product, and Commercial leadership

What that means day-to-day:

Own end-to-end product marketing for all US products and platforms, serving as the single point of accountability

Define and maintain clear positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the portfolio

Establish product/solution tiering, packaging narratives, and use‑case clarity for consistent messaging

Build and scale the US product marketing playbook (positioning, messaging, launches, competitive frameworks)

Set standards for high‑quality, reusable product marketing assets actively used by Sales and GTM teams

Develop differentiated, buyer‑centric messaging tailored by persona, industry, and buying stage

Ensure consistent narratives across Sales, Marketing, and customer touchpoints

Own US product and feature launches end‑to‑end, driving adoption, measurable revenue impact, and market success

Partner with Product to translate roadmap into market‑ready positioning and launch assets

Create practical, high‑impact sales enablement (overviews, competitive positioning, objection handling, storytelling)

Capture customer, sales, and market insights to sharpen positioning, influence roadmap, and strengthen differentiation

Deliver scalable frameworks that support future product and team growth while building trust with Product, Sales, and Commercial leadership.

What you’ll need to be successful:

Proven B2B Product Marketing experience, ideally in SaaS, compliance, workforce, energy, or regulated industries

Proven experience building or rebuilding product marketing functions

Experience owning multiple products or platforms across regions

Demonstrated success partnering with Sales and Product to drive GTM outcomes

Strong writer—able to create positioning, messaging, and assets independently

Deep understanding of product marketing best practices, frameworks, and terminology

Highly organized, self‑directed, and comfortable in fast‑paced environments

Pragmatic Institute certification a plus
