Job Description The Analyst, Pricing & Revenue Optimization is a key contributor on the Pricing and Strategy team within Versant DPV (Digital Portfolio Ventures). This role primarily supports pricing and promotion strategy optimization for the Golf business (GolfNow and GolfPass), with exposure to broader digital portfolio initiatives, including Fandango.
This position focuses on executing and optimizing tee‑time pricing, promotional strategy, and revenue‑driving initiatives using rigorous analysis, structured testing, and data‑driven insights. The Analyst partners cross‑functionally with Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to ensure pricing and promotional decisions are grounded in analytics and aligned to business objectives.

Job Responsibilities
Support day‑to‑day pricing execution for the Golf business, with a primary focus on tee‑time pricing optimization and promotional performance.
Design, execute, and analyze pricing and promotional tests to improve revenue performance, incorporating demand trends, booking pace, inventory, weather, competition, and seasonality.
Monitor booking pace and pricing performance trends to support timely pricing adjustments that optimize revenue and inventory utilization.
Analyze pricing, yield, and promotional performance across GolfNow and GolfPass, identifying opportunities to improve conversion, revenue, and margin.
Assist in developing and refining price sensitivity, elasticity, and related analytical models to inform data‑driven pricing decisions.
Support GolfPass subscription pricing and promotional optimization, including analysis of acquisition performance, offer effectiveness, retention trends, and lifetime value drivers.
Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate pricing changes and promotional initiatives.
Partner with Marketing, Product, Sales, Finance, and Operations to align pricing and promotional strategies with business objectives.
Contribute analytical support to broader Pricing & Strategy initiatives across Versant DPV, including cross‑brand insights and limited support for Fandango pricing or promotional analyses as needed.
Identify opportunities to improve pricing processes and analytical rigor to enhance revenue performance and scalability.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Decision Sciences, Management Science, or a related quantitative field required.
One year of experience in pricing, revenue management, analytics, strategy, or a related analytical role. A Master’s degree may substitute for up to one year of professional experience.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to structure problems and translate data into clear business insights.
Proficiency in Excel and SQL required; experience with Tableau or similar BI tools preferred.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple analyses simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
Additional Requirements
Hybrid: Position designated as hybrid, generally requiring minimum three days per week in the Orlando, FL office. Must be willing to work in Orlando and may travel for company or department meetings.
Travel: Must be able to travel domestically for business meetings, trainings, and team events as needed.
