About the Opportunity Our client is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead sales strategy and market performance across a defined region within the home services and residential products sector. This leadership role is responsible for driving revenue growth, developing high-performing sales teams, and strengthening relationships with builders, designers, and professional partners.

The position offers the opportunity to shape market strategy, scale sales infrastructure, and expand market share in a premium residential category including cabinetry, home organization, and related home goods solutions. What You’ll Do

Own market-level revenue performance by developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with growth targets

Lead, coach, and develop the regional sales team while establishing clear performance expectations and accountability

Build and strengthen relationships with builders, designers, and professional partners to expand market opportunities

Identify and develop new business channels within residential construction, remodeling, and home services sectors

Monitor sales performance metrics, forecasts, and KPIs to guide strategic decisions and optimize market results

Oversee daily sales operations including lead management, pipeline visibility, and follow-up execution

Partner cross-functionally with marketing, customer experience, and product teams to align market strategy and customer outcomes

Implement ongoing sales training and professional development initiatives to improve product expertise and sales performance

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in a Sales Manager, Market Director, or senior sales leadership role

Strong background in B2C or residential sales within home improvement, cabinetry, or home goods.

Demonstrated success leading sales teams and driving consistent revenue growth

Experience building professional relationships with builders, designers, and residential trade partners

Data-driven leadership style with experience managing forecasts, KPIs, and CRM-based sales tracking

Strong communication, leadership, and presentation skills with the ability to influence across teams

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (or equivalent leadership experience)

Willingness to travel around 40% within the market for meetings, events, and regional collaboration
