Role Description: As a
Product Management Evangelist (all genders) , you are part of the staff of the Global Head of Product Management and are responsible for the design, implementation, and promotion of modern product management processes across the entire company.
Your goal is to establish the optimal operating model between Business Leads, Product Owners, Technical Engineers, as well as the international sales and marketing organization, with active customer involvement. You align all processes toward the best possible customer experience.
Your Responsibilities:
Initiation, implementation, and continuous development of a company-wide product management process for software products and services
Coaching and enabling the organization regarding methods, best practices, and tools in product management
Advocating and anchoring the product management mindset within the company through internal communication, workshops, and presentations
Promoting a product-oriented way of thinking and supporting the implementation of product management standards
Collaborating with the Strategy Board, development, sales, and other relevant departments to ensure a smooth product development process
Continuously monitoring current trends and innovations in product management and transferring them into company practice
Your Profile:
Completed degree in business informatics, business administration, computer science, or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience in product management of software products, preferably in a SaaS environment
Solid knowledge of agile methods (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) as well as common product management frameworks (e.g., Lean, Design Thinking, OKR)
Experience in designing and implementing a tooling landscape to optimally support product management processes
Strong communication, facilitation, and coaching skills, combined with enthusiasm and persuasiveness
Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
High level of initiative, enthusiasm for innovation, and the ability to act as a role model for a product-oriented mindset
