Overview
Salary: Based on experience Schedule: Part-time, Full-time Optometrist - Full-Time/Part-time - Corporate - Union Gap, WA Responsibilities
Provide full-scope optometry services including primary care and medical management (glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, and cataracts) with prescribing ophthalmic medications; participate in pre- and post-operative surgical care as appropriate. Deliver patient-centered eye care with high standards of clinical excellence. Engage in a mentorship environment where new graduates can begin practicing prior to licensure through a formal mentorship program. Utilize state-of-the-art diagnostic instruments to support exams, including optical coherence tomography, fundus photography, visual fields, iCare tonometry, and digital phoropters (or updated equivalents). A well-equipped office with access to advanced diagnostic technology; practices are in the process of updating to include the latest instruments where applicable. Schedule & Benefits
Schedule: Offices open Monday to Saturday; typically 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM with one late night per week. Compensation: Competitive salary with production-based incentive bonus.
