Job Description At LinkedIn, our approach to flexible work is centered on trust and optimized for culture, connection, clarity, and the evolving needs of our business. The work location of this role is hybrid, meaning it will be performed both from home and from a LinkedIn office on select days, as determined by the business needs of the team.
This role is based in either New York, San Francisco, or Mountain View.

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Product Marketing Manager to join our Consumer Product Marketing team, focused on Creators, a critical audience powering our content ecosystem.
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager for Creators, you will be responsible for developing the narrative about our products and bringing it to Creators. You’ll enable our Community Management team with the right messaging and assets, and work cross‑functionally with channel teams to ensure our messages reach & land with the right Creators. You’ll keep a close pulse on Creator sentiment across the platform, and funnel these insights back into our product teams.
Responsibilities
Define positioning & messaging: Build a strong product narrative and customizable pitch deck, with messaging that plugs into product & marketing channels.
Enablement: Ensure our Community Management team is well‑equipped to interface directly with creators, by keeping them educated on latest product developments and building assets that support their conversations.
Drive member insight & empathy: Be the voice of the Creator audience at‑large, and be a cross‑functional lead in driving audience insights and member needs.
Evangelizing: Be a voice on behalf of Creators, internally and externally. Ready to share content on LinkedIn to speak directly to creators & walk in their shoes.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of marketing experience, with a preference for product marketing.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of product marketing experience.
3+ years of experience marketing consumer‑facing digital products and creator experience.
Stellar verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to concisely distill complex technical information into digestible, compelling narratives to effectively present ideas.
Willing to lead by example, comfortable sharing content on LinkedIn and other platforms to act as “customer zero” for the products we build.
Knack for visual communication, able to bring a compelling story to life in slides, being nimble and self‑sufficient with deck design, etc.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate many types of personalities and to establish cross‑functional partnerships across the organization.
Ability to operate in a fast‑paced and demanding environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and prioritize time and resources based on business impact.

Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
