Our client, a leading design firm is hiring an
Environmental Designer
to support their primary team. The client is a dynamic company specializing in innovative spatial solutions, values collaboration and design excellence. This is a contract position offering the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a creative environment.
Responsibilities
Hybrid in Boston
Healthcare architecture preferred, and must know RHINO software
Act as a liaison between internal teams and external architecture partners, ensuring design vision consistency.
Develop and refine design concepts using Rhino, integrating feedback and evolving ideas.
Select colors, materials, and finishes to meet project specifications.
Produce renderings in TwinMotion or similar tools to visually communicate design ideas.
Prepare and update design documentation, collaborating with architects for finalization and accuracy.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Rhino for design development.
Portfolio showing multidisciplinary design and architectal skills, showing consumer-led retail, hospitality, and entertainment spaces
Knowledge of color, material, and finish specifications.
Experience with rendering software such as TwinMotion or equivalents.
Strong documentation skills with the ability to work from existing plans.
Proven ability to work collaboratively with vendors and architecture firms.
(Bonus) Background in healthcare architecture preferred.
