Senior IT Business Partner
Location: Hybrid/Remote
Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities
Facilitate process to gather/establish high level business requirements.
Lead and facilitate business partners and service providers conversations regarding priorities, hardware/software selection, vendor selection.
Develop and manage Project Pipeline Portfolio and 5-year Capital IT Project Portfolio.
Assist with development of annual and 5-year capital IT budgets.
Prepare Project Concept Proposals, Business Cases, and related Project Initiation documents.
Project initiation, high level requirements.
Identify and document business strategies, objectives and drivers.
Calculate/estimate costs/benefits of alternative actions or solutions to establish their ROI.
Interface independently with all functional and business areas affected by the project or support work for MTS's customers.
Works closely with functional resource managers to ensure adequate support of hardware design, equipment (hardware/software) requisition, logistics and installation for moves, new construction and acquisition.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Five (5) years of relevant technical or business work experience.
