Candidates must currently reside in the state of Georgia within commuting distance of Alpharetta. This position is not eligible for remote work or relocation consideration.

TaxConnex is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Content Marketing Coordinator

to support the execution of content, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives.

This role plays a critical part in bringing marketing programs to life by ensuring content is produced, published, and promoted consistently across channels. Reporting to the Senior Director of Marketing and working closely with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, this individual will help execute content strategies, support campaign delivery and promotion, and maintain day-to-day marketing operations.

This is an ideal role for someone early in their marketing career who is highly organized, creative, and eager to grow within B2B marketing.

Key Responsibilities Content Production & Publishing

Build and distribute monthly newsletters, including layout, formatting, and scheduling within HubSpot.

Create and publish blog content in HubSpot, ensuring proper formatting, tagging, and SEO basics

Develop and build landing pages and resource pages to support content and campaign initiatives

Assist in the design and promotion of eBooks and other downloadable assets

Support content updates and ongoing optimization across the website

Build webinar emails, landing pages, and registration workflows in HubSpot

Create and schedule webinar promotional content across email and social channels

Support webinar execution, including slide development in collaboration with the Senior Manager of Growth Marketing

Publish webinar replays and ensure proper follow-up content is distributed

Assist in coordinating materials, scheduling and uploads for webinar platforms (e.g., Encoursa)

Social Media & Community Management

Schedule and publish daily social media posts across platforms – Linkedin, X and Facebook

Monitor social channels and respond or route messages, comments, and engagement

Support organic social initiatives, including Reddit posting, monitoring posts about TaxConnex by others and coordinating with the rest of the marketing team for proper responses and comments

Create supporting social content for campaigns, webinars, events, conference and other key marketing initiatives

Podcast & Multimedia Support

Support podcast production and distribution, including uploading episodes and managing podcast platforms

Coordinate podcast submissions to external platforms (e.g., Earmark) and monitor postings

Maintain podcast pages and ensure content is up to date across channels

Assist with podcast guest outreach and coordination

Create and edit video content to support campaigns, webinars, and social media

Email & Lifecycle Execution

Support execution of nurture and campaign emails within HubSpot

Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all email communications

Work closely with the Senior Manager, Growth Marketing to execute against content strategy and campaign plans

Help ensure all campaigns are supported with the necessary content assets, timelines, and deliverables

Maintain organization of content assets, calendars, and workflows

Requirements Qualifications & Experience Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1–3 years of experience in marketing, content, or digital marketing Preferred

Experience with HubSpot or other marketing automation platforms is preferred

Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems. Reddit experience is a HUGE plus.

Basic design skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar tools)

Interest or experience in B2B marketing, professional services, or tax/accounting industries
