About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President or Senior Director for Ticketing and Corporate Partnerships. This key leadership role is pivotal in driving the strategic direction and daily management of the two largest revenue-generating departments: ticket sales and corporate partnerships. The successful candidate will be responsible for departmental leadership, setting aggressive revenue targets, and ensuring a high-performance culture. This includes overseeing the ticket sales and corporate partnerships teams, recruiting, training, and managing staff, and implementing best-in-class CRM practices and sales methodologies. The role also involves acting as the primary closer for significant partnership opportunities, developing creative sponsorship packages, and executing comprehensive sales plans to maximize stadium capacity.

Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years' experience in professional sports sales, with a proven track record in both B2B and B2C environments. The role requires a candidate with a demonstrated ability to lead and scale sales teams in a fast-paced, growth-oriented sports organization. Key responsibilities for the Vice President/Senior Director include ticketing strategy, partnership activation, and premium and hospitality oversight. The candidate will also be expected to represent the company at local business events and engage with the community to expand the club's corporate footprint. Budgeting and reporting are essential, as the role involves managing the annual revenue and expense budgets for both departments and providing regular performance updates to the executive team.
