Business Loan Servicing Supervisor Do you enjoy leading teams, improving complex processes, and ensuring exceptional service in a business lending environment? In this role, you’ll lead and support a high-performing servicing team, oversee business loan servicing operations, analyze portfolio trends, and partner closely with leadership to advance organizational goals.

What You’ll Do: Supervise the Business Loan Servicing Specialists. Oversee and coordinate the overall operation of Business Loan Servicing and Support. Maintain in-depth knowledge of loan servicing requirements and support for systems and other ancillary applications utilized by the Business Loans & Services Department. Prepare portfolio reports and analysis of trends for management and various committees. Work closely with the VP – Business Loan Operations and Services, department managers and other leaders to achieve Royal Credit Union's objectives, goals and initiatives.

$75,000–$86,000 annually (candidates with significant related experience may be higher)

What’s Needed For This Position: Education & Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, accounting, or finance.
Two (2) years of experience working with loan servicing, lending, or a related financial field.
Two (2) years of supervisory, team lead, or other leadership experience.
Must be bondable upon hire.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies
Leadership & Team Development:
Ability to supervise, coach, and develop employees by providing clear expectations, performance feedback, and professional development opportunities while fostering a positive, accountable work environment.
Business Loan Servicing Expertise:
Strong understanding of business loan servicing operations, compliance requirements, and related systems.
Analytical & Reporting Skills:
Proven ability to prepare and analyze portfolio reports, identify trends, and provide meaningful insights to management, committees, and auditors.
Process Improvement & Compliance:
Demonstrated skill in evaluating workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance while ensuring deadlines and service standards are consistently met.
Communication & Collaboration:
Effective written and verbal communication skills to coordinate across departments, support leadership decision‑making, and ensure professional, timely service for Members and internal customers.
Previous experience working with business loans or business services.
Experience with loan compliance and reporting requirements.
Work Schedule/Location
This is a full‑time, exempt level position. Hours will generally be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm.
This position is part of Royal's workplace flexibility program and may be hybrid (2 days remote, 3 days in office) after a few months of training and proficiency.
This position will work out of our Corporate Center located in Eau Claire, WI.
Training
Prior to starting a normal work schedule, new Royal team members must attend Foundation Training at our Corporate Center in Eau Claire, WI from 9:00 am–4:30 pm on Monday and Tuesday during their first week of employment. Out‑of‑town learners will be reimbursed costs related to travel and lodging.
Foundation Training covers fundamental information about Royal’s culture and core values which sets the stage for team members to be successful within our organization.
