About the Role: As the Loyalty Partnership Specialist, you will serve as the primary lead for non-airline loyalty partnerships, including financial, travel, and lifestyle sectors. Your mission : grow and maintain a high‑performing portfolio of partners within your assigned vertical, drive global non‑air penetration, and deliver exceptional value to our Privilege Club members. Salary Range: $90,000 - $114,000 annually. Perks: Premium travel benefits with Qatar Airways and Oneworld Alliance. Accountabilities:
Lead the cobrand partnership of Qatar Airways in the US Manage the day‑to‑day operations of the cobrand partnership Manage the launch of new campaigns and services in coordination with Loyalty Marketing and Corporate Communications to maximize visibility and impact. Lead portfolio campaigns through designing, obtaining approvals from all relevant internal stakeholders, partners, delivering the campaign, and monitoring the performance. Provide dedicated account management to assigned partners, ensuring consistent year‑over‑year growth and performance. Develop and execute partnership strategies that deliver compelling member benefits, accelerate earn velocity, expand redemption options, and drive revenue growth. Increase non‑air penetration % through well‑defined business plans and leveraging local QR teams to increase revenue and engagement in key markets in the US. Design and manage loyalty product offerings—including benefits and campaigns—through close coordination with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and onboard high‑value non‑air partners through proactive networking and sales outreach to enhance member value. Present compelling partnership proposals backed by robust business cases to secure senior leadership buy‑in. Manage various stakeholders through detailed meetings, information exchange and discussions on commercial terms—customer value propositions, mileage pricing, acquisition and engagement plans. Influence key partnership decisions through careful negotiations and contractual discussions to ensure win‑win for QR partners. Oversee legal documentation in collaboration with legal and contract teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies. Monitor monthly Avios purchases and adjust business plans as needed to stay on track with annual revenue goals. Drive joint campaigns and targeted communications with key account partners to boost customer acquisition and deliver enhanced value. Conduct post‑launch reviews to evaluate performance and optimize future partner rollouts. Perform other department duties related to your position as directed by the Head of Department. Qualifications:
Proven experience in loyalty programs or non‑airline partnerships, with a strong understanding of loyalty economics. Background in consultancy, data analysis, business development & commercial strategy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel. Strong data analytics skills with the ability to leverage tools to inform strategy and decision‑making. Skilled in creating clear, impactful presentations for internal and external audiences. Expertise in benchmarking and competitive market analysis. Demonstrated commercial acumen and strategic thinking. Effective project management capabilities with attention to detail and timelines.
