Industry Strategy Manager

* Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align on target segments, personas, and value propositions* Support go-to-market strategy development, including positioning, messaging, and solution narratives* Help ensure consistency betweenindustry strategy, product direction, and GTM execution* Communicate strategic priorities, trade-offs, and dependencies across a matrixed organization* 5+ years of experience in strategy, industry analysis, product strategy, GTM, management consulting, or a related role* Familiarity with the AEC industry or strong interest in industrialized construction* Experience developing insights and recommendations that inform business or product decisions* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority* Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, architecture, or a related field (or equivalent experience)* Experience in industrialized construction, modular construction, prefabrication, or related domains* Background in software, SaaS, or platform-based business models* Experience working cross-functionally with product, marketing, and sales teams* MBA or equivalent advanced degree* Experience in global, matrixed organizations #J-18808-Ljbffr
