Qualifications
Someone with real experience managing a book of business – small to mid‑market, ideally construction, contractors, nonprofits, or human services
Comfortable handling renewals, COIs, billing, and keeping clients happy day to day
Knows their way around ACORDs for blue‑collar and human services risks
