Sr. Manager, Customer Acquisition **This role is hybrid in Boston 2 days a week on site.

Our client partners with local businesses to help them scale through better marketing, operations, and infrastructure.

With 20+ brands already in the network and more partnerships on the way, they are focused on driving consistent, scalable growth across multiple markets.

They are hiring a Sr. Manager/Director of Acquisition Marketing.

What you’ll do

Own and scale non-Google channels (Meta, Yelp, Angi, Thumbtack, etc.)

Test new channels and build a repeatable growth playbook

Optimize for lead volume + CAC across multiple brands/markets

Manage budgets (~$500–$20K/month per brand)

Partner with agency on PPC/SEO (not hands-on there)

Work directly with local teams and simplify marketing for non-experts

What we’re looking for

Experience running paid acquisition outside of just Google

Strong in testing, optimization, and performance analysis

Can speak to driving efficiency (CAC, lead quality, spend)

Comfortable managing multiple campaigns/markets
