Cannabis Sales Consultant – Sales Floor (Part-Time to Full-Time Opportunity)

focused on
customer engagement, prospecting, and closing sales .

Responsibilities
Drive Sales Performance
Actively engage, approach, and
prospect customers in and around the store
Educate customers and confidently
close sales on wellness products
Meet and exceed
daily and weekly sales goals (KPIs)
Customer Experience
Deliver a
high-energy, welcoming, and educational experience
Build trust through product knowledge and recommendations
Product Knowledge & Compliance
Stay current on all product categories:
Cannabis-derived products (legal, no med card required)
Mushroom products
Kratom/Kava and alternative wellness items
Follow all
company SOPs and compliance standards
Store Operations
Maintain a
clean, organized, and professional sales floor
Support daily operational tasks and team execution
Team Communication
attend weekly
Google Chat team meetings
Report performance and updates to Store Manager
Qualifications
Must be
21+ years old
Ability to pass a criminal background check
Reliable transportation and ability to work at:
South Town Mall (Sandy)
Valley Fair Mall (West Valley)
Sales-driven mindset (REQUIRED)
Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers
Motivated by
commissions, tips, and performance pay
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to stand for extended periods (6–11 hour shifts)
Retail, sales, or cannabis industry experience is a plus (not required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) = Higher earning potential
Additional Information
Pay Structure:
$20 – $30+/hour average
(Base $13/hr + tips + commission — top performers earn more)
Schedule:
Part-time to Full-time (20–40 hours/week)
Must be available for
weekends and rotating shifts
Work Environment:
Fast-paced, high-energy retail setting inside mall locations
