A leading construction firm located in Cleveland, Ohio is seeking an experienced Preconstruction Manager. The successful candidate will manage the daily operations and coordination of project preconstruction phases to meet cost objectives for contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding. This role requires over 8 years of experience in a Preconstruction capacity, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
