Overview
The Director Marketing Strategy & Creative Experiences is a strategic and creative leader responsible for driving cohesive, high-impact marketing experiences across creative services, campaign strategy, digital experiences, events, and sponsorships . This role ensures that brand storytelling, customer engagement, and marketing execution are tightly aligned to business goals across all touchpoints.
Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Director will lead cross-functional teams and agency partners to deliver integrated campaigns and experiences that elevate the brand, deepen audience engagement, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities
Owns the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that span brand, campaigns, digital experiences, events, and sponsorships
Translates business objectives into clear creative and experiential strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and demand
Serves as a strategic partner to marketing, sales, and executive leadership on campaign planning and brand initiatives
Leads creative services (design, copy, production, and content) to ensure brand consistency, quality, and innovation across all channels
Establishes and evolves brand standards, messaging frameworks, and creative best practices
Oversees creative concepting and production for major campaigns, digital experiences, and experiential activations
Directs the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns , ensuring alignment across digital, experiential, sponsorship, and owned channels
Partners with channel owners to ensure campaign assets and experiences are optimized for each audience and platform
Uses insights and performance data to inform campaign refinement and future planning
Oversees the strategy and execution of digital experiences , including websites, landing pages, interactive content, and campaign microsites
Champions a user-centered approach that prioritizes usability, storytelling, and conversion
Partners with analytics and digital teams to continuously improve experience performance
Leads the strategy, planning, and execution of events, sponsorships, and experiential marketing , ensuring they support brand and demand objectives
Maximizes sponsorship value through integrated activation plans and cross-channel promotion
Ensures events and experiences are on-brand, engaging, and measurable
Leads, mentors, and develops a high-performing team across creative, experiential, and campaign disciplines
Manages external agencies, vendors, and partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget
Fosters strong collaboration across marketing, communications, digital, and business teams
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
12+ years of progressive marketing experience, with leadership responsibility across creative, campaigns, digital, and experiential marketing.
Proven success leading integrated marketing programs that combine brand, digital, and live experiences.
Strong creative sensibility paired with strategic and analytical thinking.
Experience managing teams, agencies, and complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder‑influencing skills.
Health care experience required
