Digital Marketing Strategist The Digital Marketing Strategist will specialize in data analysis, performance trend monitoring, and using insights to develop and optimize marketing strategies. This role will also present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders for ACE's Insurance line of business. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape, with hands-on experience extracting data from advertising and reporting platforms such as Meta, YouTube, Google Ads/DV360, Tableau, and Adobe Analytics. The candidate should understand the digital advertising ecosystem-including creative, audience targeting capabilities, bid strategies, optimization best practices, landing pages, content management, and how digital ads are tracked and measured both online and offline. Experience with A/B testing methodologies and brand-lift studies for paid media and landing page optimization is also required. This role requires a clear communicator who collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams and can present well-structured recommendations to internal stakeholders, external agency partners, and vendors. The candidate should be proficient in analyzing campaign performance, KPIs, and 1P/3P insights to develop effective strategies and execution plans. They should also be able to quickly learn company processes and identify opportunities to improve or streamline operations. Responsibilities / Job Duties: Collect and analyze metrics from advertising platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, SA360, Tableau, etc. Present findings and insights, and identify opportunities to improve campaign performance. Build reports with data visualizations in Excel to measure and monitor marketing KPIs, including spend, impressions, CPM, CTR, leads, and conversions. Investigate data anomalies, identify root causes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Big Data, E-Business, Product, Marketing) and external agencies to resolve issues. Partner closely with the media planning team to establish optimal budgets and channel mixes that yield the best results. Collaborate with Marketing Strategists to develop, execute, optimize, and measure cross-channel paid media strategies to achieve marketing objectives such as awareness and lead generation. Understand the fundamentals of paid landing pages and work with ad operations to ensure proper tracking and measurement across all marketing channels. This includes implementing floodlights, vendor pixels, campaign click trackers, 1x1s, and offline phone numbers. Qualifications BS or BA degree required; strong consideration for candidates with degrees in Marketing or Finance. 3-5 years of experience managing digital marketing campaigns, preferably with hands-on experience extracting data directly from Meta and Google Ads and consolidating results via Looker Studio and Excel. Strong experience with analytical and reporting tools such as Tableau and Google Analytics. Direct experience with any combination of the following is preferred: Paid Search, Lead Aggregators, CTV, Display, Streaming Audio, YouTube, and Social. Strong consideration given to candidates with experience in ad servers, bid management systems, DSPs, audience on-boarders, and analytics solutions (Adobe, GA4, etc.). Experience with landing page optimization and content management systems. Strong understanding of the digital ad ecosystem, including online and offline tracking and measurement. Experience managing and executing marketing budgets across various paid media channels. Effective communicator with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and concisely. Able to present to diverse audiences, including executive leadership. Capable of performing competitive analyses and developing strategic plans. Able to lead and manage relationships with outside vendors and agencies. Prior experience working in insurance or supporting insurance advertisers is a plus. Proficient with MS Office, Google Docs, and SharePoint. Able to create clear, effective presentations and proficient with spreadsheets (formulas, macros, and automation capabilities are a plus). Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and set clear expectations around timelines and deliverables for senior leadership. Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced team environment. The starting pay range for this position is: $99,500.00 - $132,900.00 Additionally, for full time positions, you will be eligible to participate in our incentive program based upon the achievement of organization, team and personal performance.
