User Experience Designer

Overview User Experience Designer W2 CONTRACT ONLY Dearborn, MI Hybrid $58-64/hr Seeking a Lead UX / UI Designer to drive end-to-end experience design across an enterprise AI platform. This role partners closely with engineering to deliver scalable, high-quality UX/UI while maintaining design integrity from concept through production. Responsibilities Lead UX and UI design across enterprise applications, platforms, and dashboards Collaborate closely with engineering teams to advocate for design decisions and ensure clean handoff Own and evolve the platform’s design system and UI toolkit Benchmark and evaluate third-party AI/LLM platforms to inform platform strategy Conduct and apply user research and usability testing Present design work and recommendations to stakeholders and leadership Required Qualifications Proven experience designing UX/UI for enterprise platforms Strong portfolio showing both UX rigor and production-ready UI Experience working in engineering-led, fast-paced environments Familiarity with AI/LLM concepts and AI-powered tools Strong experience with design systems and scalable UI patterns Bachelor’s degree required Preferred Experience Enterprise or on-prem AI deployments Prompt engineering concepts Data visualization or complex dashboard design #J-18808-Ljbffr
