What You Will Do Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this role leads the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across broadcast, digital, social, partnerships, and influencer — making sure every tactic works together to deliver consistent, high-impact communications. You’ll use brand health tracking, qualitative and quantitative analysis, and competitive insights to continuously find new ways to grow the fanbase. Responsibilities: Support the development of a modern marketing playbook to increase household penetration, grow brand awareness and cultivate a highly engaged community. Lead the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across internal and external stakeholders including broadcast, digital, social, partnerships, and influencer, ensuring tactics work together harmoniously to deliver consistent and impactful communications. Manage a cross-functional team to bring campaigns and content to life in alignment with the brand strategy whether tentpole moments, new product launches, or evergreen content, driving high quality execution in alignment with timelines and budget. Own campaign timelines, weekly cross-functional meetings and internal briefing materials that ensure clear communication of objectives, key messages and deliverables. Manage the marketing budget and make recommendations to most effectively leverage the spend to drive business impact. Track and analyze campaign performance making real-time recommendations on optimizations to drive impact and efficiency. Own the monthly content calendar ensuring clear direction on products, occasions and seasonal themes to drive cohesion and consistent buzz across always-on owned assets. Lead the execution of brand partnerships to build brand buzz, achieve mutually aligned goals and ensure alignment in values, messaging and audience. Be the voice of the consumer for the marketing organization through leadership of brand health tracking, qualitative and quantitative research and competitive analysis to inform new ways of expanding our fanbase. You're data-driven and detail-oriented, but equally comfortable rallying cross-functional teams and external partners around a big idea. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to shifting priorities, and have the interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate at every level of an organization. Qualifications: 5-7 years of experience in a brand marketing role with a track record of executing campaigns and marketing strategies with excellence; MBA preferred. Understanding of marketing principles, brand management core competencies, digital marketing and marketing KPI’s. Exceptional leadership, communication, organization and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, with other departments and with external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs, with a proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Proficiency in marketing software and tools such as POS, panel and analytics platforms. Mountain Time working hours; travel up to 25% if remote.
