Role Description
This is a part-time, hybrid role for a Videographer/Editor based in the Indianapolis area. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for a variety of marketing projects. Responsibilities include communicating effectively with clients, operating cameras, setting up lighting and other equipment, capturing engaging footage, editing, and publishing videos to align with the client’s brand. Collaboration with the team and the client to execute creative projects and meet deadlines is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Video Production and Post-Production
Experience with Camera Operation, specifically
Knowledge in Lighting and setting up video production equipment
Strong creative and storytelling skills
Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe CC, Davinci Resolve, or CapCut is preferred)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work within deadlines
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, or related field is a plus
This role offers strong potential for growth within Buba Creative Co. As the company continues to expand, there will be opportunities to transition into a full-time position. High-performing team members may also take on increased ownership of client relationships and projects—leading creative direction, managing shoots independently, and overseeing content from concept to final delivery. Pay This is a commission-based role with earning potential tied directly to the scope of work and level of responsibility you take on. The harder you work, the more you get paid. Commission rates are determined based on the roles you fulfill within the company (shooting, editing, client management, etc.). As you grow with Buba Creative Co. and take on more responsibility, your commission rate will increase—rewarding performance, initiative, and long-term contribution to the team.
