A leading beauty brand is partnering with us to find a talented Art Director / Senior Designer to support their creative team. This temporary opportunity requires a flexible, freelance professional located in Montclair, NJ, with a hybrid work setup. The role offers potential for extension or permanent placement based on fit and project needs.
Art Director/Sr. Designer Responsibilities:
Lead the development of new creative concepts from ideation to execution across various campaigns and channels.
Oversee pre-production planning including creative briefs, shot lists, and moodboards.
Manage on-set art direction to ensure consistency and creative excellence.
Collaborate with the creative team on campaign development and brand design updates.
Take ownership of design projects from inception to final delivery, providing creative direction throughout.
Art Director/Sr. Designer Qualifications:
5-7 years of experience in creative roles, ideally with agency or startup background.
Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and social campaign work with an elevated aesthetic.
Experience with out-of-home, email, social ads, and postcards; minimal print work.
Ability to work 30-40 hours per week, with a flexible schedule and strong self-starting skills.
