Salary: $90-100K DOE

Shopify and Klaviyo experience required for this role.

Client Overview Our client is a growing direct-to-consumer retail brand focused on delivering high-quality products through a strong e-commerce presence.

Role Overview The Ecommerce Marketing Manager is responsible for driving digital marketing initiatives and accelerating online revenue growth. The role partners closely with senior leadership to define and execute strategies across email, paid media, and social channels while also managing day-to-day campaign execution. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands‑on, balancing creative direction, analytics, and operational execution in a dynamic environment.

Ecommerce Marketing Manager Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive email marketing strategies supporting product launches, seasonal campaigns, and customer lifecycle initiatives.

Manage end-to-end email campaign execution including segmentation, copywriting, design coordination, QA, deployment, and optimization.

Build and maintain a content calendar aligned with key business priorities and brand moments.

Analyze campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversion, revenue) and implement A/B testing to continuously improve results.

Drive customer acquisition and retention through email growth strategies, including list building and retargeting efforts.

Oversee product setup in collaboration with cross‑functional teams, ensuring accuracy in pricing, inventory, tagging, and merchandising.

Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns, ensuring seamless execution across the e‑commerce site.

Manage visual merchandising across homepage, category pages, and product detail pages to optimize user experience and conversion.

Track and report on e‑commerce KPIs including revenue, conversion rate, AOV, retention, and ROI.

Utilize e‑commerce and analytics platforms to assess site performance and customer behavior, translating insights into actionable recommendations.

Prepare and present performance reports, offering strategic insights and optimization plans to leadership.

Ecommerce Marketing Manager Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in e‑commerce or digital marketing, preferably within retail or direct-to-consumer brands.

Hands‑on experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Klaviyo) and e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).

Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail and brand voice.

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.

Highly organized and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Self‑motivated, creative thinker with a strong drive for measurable results.
