Position Overview
We’re looking for a part‑time Graphic Designer to create high‑quality visual assets across marketing, sales, and product initiatives. The role will operate as an extension of the TED@Work team. Projects will vary week to week, with hours fluctuating between 15 and 25 per week. The ideal candidate has experience creating a wide range of assets, from digital ad creatives to long‑form content such as PDF one‑pagers, white papers, and learning resources. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and product stakeholders to bring TED@Work’s offerings and value propositions to life visually. What You’ll Do
Design marketing assets including ad creatives, landing page/website visuals, and email graphics. Create sales collateral such as pitch decks, one‑pagers, case studies, and proposals. Produce visuals, brand assets, and product collateral (e.g., thumbnails, banners, slides), client‑engagement resources, and course materials. Develop and update slide and one‑pager templates for use across the team. Support brand storytelling through visuals aligned with our brand guidelines, as well as client use cases or data. Manage multiple projects, requests, and deadlines across stakeholders, tracking status and proactively communicating obstacles or time constraints. Translate the value of TED@Work’s offerings into clear, compelling visual narratives for enterprise buyers. Collaborate with TED@Work stakeholders to ensure clarity, consistency, and visual cohesion. Continuously bring fresh ideas and thoughtful design solutions. Qualifications
5+ years of graphic design experience (agency, in‑house, or freelance). Strong portfolio demonstrating experience across marketing, sales, and product. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Google Slides; Figma and Canva experience is a plus. Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills. Experience designing presentations, client collateral, and sales materials for B2B or enterprise audiences. Ability to manage time and tasks across multiple projects and stakeholders. Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work independently. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Attention to detail in all design aspects, from composition to copywriting. Interest in learning, ideas, storytelling, and mission‑driven work. Deep understanding of brand systems and design templates. Nice to Have
Experience supporting SaaS or professional services brands. Familiarity with corporate audiences such as L&D, HR, and Communications. Motion graphics or light animation experience. Hourly Rate
