Major Duties and Responsibilities

As a part of the Product Team, this role contributes to the production of scalable advertising sales solutions. A successful Designer will turn customer insights into compelling visual and interactive experiences.

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.

• Communicate the user experience at various stages of the design process with wireframes, flow diagrams, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Integrate user feedback and business requirements into ongoing product experience updates.

• Advocate for the prioritization of design centered changes, refinements, and improvements.

Required Qualifications

Technologies

• 3+ years of visual design experience

• 2+ years of experience with a SaaS company

• Linear or Digital advertising experience

• Experience working directly with product, engineering, and QA teams

• Knowledge of collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence

• Experience with design systems like Figma or Sketch

• Effective interpersonal and formal communications skills

• Experience with Microsoft Office Product Suite, including xywuqvp PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Skills/Abilities and Knowledge

• Be detail-oriented

• Thrive in a multi-tasking environment and adjust priorities on-the-fly

• Document all processes, iterate and improve on them as necessary

• Be a strong team player but still a self-starter

• Maintain solid presentation skills
