Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Grant Writer, located in Arlington, TX. The Grant Writer will be responsible for drafting grant proposals, conducting prospect research to identify funding opportunities, and overseeing grant administration processes. Additional responsibilities include developing fundraising strategies and ensuring grant applications align with organizational goals. Successful candidates will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to secure funding and manage post‑award grant reporting and compliance activities. Qualifications Experience in Grant Writing and Proposal Writing, with a strong portfolio of successfully funded proposals Proficiency in Grant Administration, including compliance tracking and reporting requirements Strong skills in Prospect Research to identify and evaluate funding sources Understanding of Fundraising strategies and their integration with grant opportunities Excellent written communication, attention to detail, and project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and community partners Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Nonprofit Management, or related field Experience in the education or nonprofit sectors is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
