This position specifically requires: Attorneys (JD required) with strong interpersonal skills ready to transition into a dynamic, client-facing role. The ideal candidate will bring either: A strong technical foundation with natural relationship-building abilities and enthusiasm for a career evolution, or Proven exchange industry experience with established professional networks and a track record of success Required Qualifications 3+ years of work experience Active attorney license Proven presentation and communication capabilities Demonstrated ability to conduct professional training sessions Self-motivated with strong independent work ethic Knowledge of real estate preferred Results-oriented with proven sales aptitude Work Arrangement Remote/work from home position after initial training period -- majority of time spent meeting with clients and prospects throughout northeast Florida.
