This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to maintain relationships while managing diverse personalities in fast-paced environments. As a Construction Superintendent, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional construction projects, ensuring they are completed on schedule and within budget. Responsibilities: Lead and manage teams of subcontractors and personnel during the execution of projects. Utilize ProCore software to document job progress and provide daily reports to the project team. Conduct daily meetings with clients, construction teams, and inspectors to ensure alignment and address any concerns. Supervise all site construction activities, coordinating up to 140 field personnel daily. Maintain schedules and ensure projects meet safety standards, regulatory compliance, and quality craftsmanship. Oversee the project’s financial performance, ensuring completion within budget while tracking change orders and RFIs. Qualifications: 5+ years of experience in a Superintendent role, specifically in retail, hospitality, fast food, or related industries. Proven experience in building or remodeling projects, particularly in retail and fast-food sectors, within the last five years. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ProCore is a plus. Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
