The Opportunity
We’ve been recording and sharing our workshops on YouTube—and now we’re ready to take things to the next level.
We’re looking for a volunteer who understands how YouTube works behind the scenes and can help us optimize our channel so more people can find and benefit from our content. We’re not looking for perfection—we’re looking for someone who knows what works and is excited to help us grow.
What You’ll Do
Review and optimize existing YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, keywords)
Help improve channel organization (playlists, layout, branding)
Recommend best practices for thumbnails and consistency
Identify opportunities to increase visibility and engagement
(Optional) Help create a simple, repeatable process for future uploads
Who This Is Perfect For
Someone with experience managing or growing a YouTube channel
Familiar with YouTube SEO, keywords, and analytics
Organized and able to suggest practical, simple improvements
Enjoys working independently with a flexible schedule
Passionate about making meaningful content more accessible
Bonus (Not Required)
Experience with Canva (for thumbnails)
Interest in personal growth, community-building, or nonprofit work
