Event and Retail Specialist - Entry Level Sales Representative

Entry Level Sales Representatives can earn up to $60,000 in their first year.

Many top performers earn between $70,000 and $90,000 as Retail Sales Associates by following our proven sales process. Structured training and support equip driven reps for success.

About The Role

Represent Rite Window by promoting high‑quality products and services to both prospective and existing customers through in‑store retail marketing campaigns and events.

Deliver engaging, face‑to‑face sales presentations that highlight our premium products and expert installation services.

Participate in ongoing training sessions to sharpen sales skills and deepen product knowledge.

Leverage this opportunity as a stepping stone to a rewarding career in sales or management.

Key Qualifications

1–2+ years of sales or customer‑facing experience is welcomed.

Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across teams in addressing customer needs.

A self‑starter attitude driven to exceed goals.

A collaborative mindset and desire to learn from others.

Open to traveling within the local market as needed.

Availability to work Saturdays and/or Sundays, with additional weekday opportunities available.
