Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies; grow new markets and manage existing clients Provide technical support for drive technology products (spare parts, repairs, complaints) Plan and perform on-site service (assembly, inspection, gearbox & winch repairs) Troubleshoot and complete mechanical repairs (in-house & customer sites) Prepare quotations, technical documentation, and support customer negotiations Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions Manage orders, maintain documentation, and track market insights Conduct client meetings, inspections, and technical presentations Qualifications
Hands-on experience with gearbox and winch assembly, maintenance, and repair Strong mechanical/technical knowledge (drive technology preferred) Independent, structured, and reliable working style Customer-focused with strong communication skills Willing to travel frequently (including international) MS Office proficiency; ERP (Sage) is a plus Must Have
Demonstrated hands-on experience assembling, maintaining, and repairing gearboxes and winches. Strong technical understanding of mechanical systems, ideally within drive technology. Proven capability to independently troubleshoot and perform mechanical repair work both in-house and at customer sites. Nice to Have
Experience in customer service or technical field service Experience with ERP systems (Sage) Additional Info
