
Marketing Operations Coordinator

Overview
The Marketing Operations Coordinator is a critical execution role responsible for keeping the marketing engine running. This person will own day-to-day marketing operations including campaign deployment, CRM management, website updates, and data hygiene. This role ensures campaigns launch on time, systems run smoothly, and marketing data is accurate—providing the operational backbone for demand generation, product marketing, and customer programs.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Operations & Execution: Own day-to-day execution in HubSpot (email builds, workflows, list management, campaign setup); manage website updates, landing pages, and CMS content; execute campaign builds across email, web, and integrated channels; perform QA on all campaigns to ensure accuracy, functionality, and brand consistency.
CRM & Data Management: Maintain CRM data integrity, segmentation, and hygiene; build and manage lists, audiences, and lifecycle stages; support lead routing, scoring, and attribution tracking; ensure accurate campaign tracking and reporting setup.
Campaign Support: Partner with Growth Marketing and Product Marketing to deploy campaigns; support event setup, registration pages, and post-event follow-up workflows; assist with campaign calendar execution and deadlines.
Process & Tools: Maintain and improve marketing workflows and operational processes; support integration and optimization of marketing tools and systems; document processes and create operational playbooks.
Qualifications
2–4 years of experience in marketing operations, digital marketing, or campaign execution
Hands-on experience with CRM/marketing automation platforms (preferably HubSpot)
Experience managing email campaigns, landing pages, and marketing tools
Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with comfort working in spreadsheets and reporting tools

Pay range: $60,000 - $70,000. Actual base pay will depend on varying circumstances, including the position, location, individual qualifications, market finances, and other operations business needs.
Depending on the position, compensation may also include commission, bonuses, etc. Potential for bonuses is based on company performance and potential for merit increases is based on performance.
